When the matter is taken up for hearing on 15.11.2016, there was no representation for the petitioners. As such, the matter was directed to be listed today under caption 'for dismissal'. Inspite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation either on behalf of the petitioners. It appears the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
