HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 24782 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (TG). With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not taking action and not disposing of the representations dated 24.06.2017, 03.05.2017 and 13.01.2018 and application under Form VI-A for mutation of petitioner's name in revenue records in respect of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.3.07 gts., in Sy.No.331/ AA, Ac.0.17 gts., in Sy.No.169/ A, Ac.0.05 gts., in Sy.No.168/ AA, Ac.0.02 gts., in Sy.No.168/ A, Ac.0.15 gts., in Sy.No.167/ E, Ac.0.21 gts., in Sy.No.165/ E, Ac.0.15 gts., in Sy.No.164/ E, Ac.0.02 gts., in Sy.No.160/ A/ 6, Ac.0.10 gts., in Sy.No.160/ A/ 3, Ac.0.25 gts., in Sy.No.174/ A, situated at Lingapur Village of Maddur Mandal, Siddipet District, as arbitrary and illegal.
3) When the matter is taken up for hearing the Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), placed on record the written instructions showing the request of the petitioner for mutation of his name in records being rejected on 09.08.2018.
4) In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication. At this stage, the learned Counsel for the petitioners represented that till date copy of the order was not communicated to the petitioner. As the order came to be passed on 09.08.2018, the respondents shall sent copy of the order to the petitioner forthwith.
5) With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 21.08.2018 gkv
