Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for General Administration (Telangana) for 1st respondent, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for respondent nos.2 and 3, Sri P. Kesava Rao for respondent nos.4 and 5, and Sri K.V. Siva Prasad for respondent nos.6 to 8.

The grievance of petitioner is that petitioner had filed a Revision before 2nd respondent under Section 679 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 against proceedings issued by 4th respondent on 22.05.2013 granting permission to respondent nos.6 to 8 to make certain constructions in the subject property, but the said Revision has not been disposed of by 2nd respondent. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana), appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3 states that 2nd respondent will consider the said Revision within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Although counsel for respondent nos.6 to 8

disputed the very filing of the petition, since the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) states that the Revision is pending, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the Revision filed by petitioner after issuing notice to respondent nos.6 to 8 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
