Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner circulated a letter dated 10.02.2020 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The same is placed on record.

From the perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the learned counsel for the petitioner received instructions to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a writ petition as and when the situation so arises.

In the light of the above said letter, the counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition as and when new cause of action arises. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
