Heard. This Court in Crl.P.No.1173 of 2017, dt.10.02.2017 refused the request of the petitioner/ A-1 to relax the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. In that view of the matter, renewal of bail application without there being any merit, cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
