Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Revenue, appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 respectively. and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court, by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, that the lis, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 26.10.2017, in W.P.No.35674 of 2017. A copy of the said order is filed along with the present Writ Petition. Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner for building permission without insisting on submission of 'No Objection Certificate' from the revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
