The petitioners/A1 and A2 in N.S.C.No.67 of 2016 on the file of Court of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam (arising out of crime No.122 of 2015 of V.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam), filed the present application under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking enlargement on bail in the above case registered for the offences punishable under Section 20(b)(1) r/w 8(c) of the N.D.P.S.Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State

3. Having perused the material on record, it is found that there are no significant change of circumstances for grant of bail. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
