Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Petitioner is a Fair Price Shop Dealer bearing No.29 of A. Kothapalli Village, Tondangi Mandal, East Godavari District. He challenges the proceedings dated 06.09.2016 suspending his dealership authorization.

This Court by order dated 18.07.2018 directed the respondents to pass final orders with regard to issuance of show cause notice dated 14.07.2016 issued to petitioner after considering his explanation and to communicate decision thereon to petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that final orders are passed on 10.09.2018 restoring the dealership license to petitioner by imposing 50% cut in the deposit as penalty. 5.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ P. NAVEEN RAO, J Date:01.11.2018 KH
