HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9781 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.84 of 2015 of Begumbazar Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 506 IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent-State represented by the Public Prosecutor, before admission and before ordering any notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the material on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that in the above crime, the police concerned filed final report after completion of investigation and the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 506 and 149 IPC vide C.C.No.835 of 2015, therefore, the criminal petition may be closed.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor, this criminal petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition impugning the police final report and cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate with necessary material including Part-II C.D.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
