THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2152 OF 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.6058 of 2015 dated 11.03.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, after issuance of notice, learned Government Pleader submits that the order has been complied with and the compliance report dated 25.06.2015 is placed on record, which in fact has been received by the contempt petitioner.

However, a copy has been made available to the petitioner. In the light of compliance of the order, nothing survives in the C.C.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
