HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3827 OF 2015 ORDER:

After hearing both sides, the following order is passed at the stage of admission.

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the complainant and as it is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is in the nascent stage, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the fact that some of the petitioners are women and all the petitioners are residing at Mumbai, the police of Woman Police Station (WRLU) at Warangal District are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C during the course of investigation.

Petitioenrs/A2 to A8 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
