This application is filed to condone the delay of 2Bg days in filing the present application seeking review of orders dated 17.11.2023.
/ , It is submitted by the petitioner that only on 12.O8.2024 after receiving summons dated 18.07.2024 in E.P.No.7B of 2024 he came to know about the decree passed against him. He stated that he also filed Aadhar Card, Voter lD, Propefi Tax Records, Bank Statement, Gas Connection Bill and Passport to show that he is a resident of house bearing Municipal No.1-1-104, Shastri Road, Sadashivpet, Sangareddy Diskict and he is also doing business in the said place. ln the plaint his address was wrongly mentioned, in the E.P apart from the said address, his correct address is mentioned. As such there is a delay of 289 daysHaving regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, delay of 289 days in filing the appeal is hereby condoned.
The application is accordingly, ordered.
