Mr. C. Hari Preeth, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition in the light of the submission made by Ms. T. Kanya Kumari, learned counsel representing Mr. Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, that building permission has already been granted in relation to the subject property, reserving liberty to his client to challenge the said building permission in accordance with law.

Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
