Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:
2. Having regard to the prima facie acquisition made in the charge sheet, it is not a fit case to grant quashment of the proceedings so far as the petitioners/A3 to A5 are concerned. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners that the petitioners/A3 to A5 are married sisters and residing with their respective families at different places, their appearance in C.C. No.374 of 2014 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their presence.
If they are so advised, they can file discharge applications before the trial Court, in which case, the trial Court shall dispose of the same on merits.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
