HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 486 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 01.06.2015, passed by this Court in WP No. 10271 of 2015, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner afresh and pass appropriate orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, on instructions, submitted that the respondent, after considering the revision petition of the petitioner afresh, passed orders on 08.03.2016.

3. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
