Sanathnagar, Cyberabad, P.P., High Court Hyderabad .....Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioner/Accused No.1 on Bail in connection with Crime No.560/2014 of Sanathnagar P.S., Cyberabad.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Venkateswarlu Sanisetty, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following.

Since the police have already investigated and filed a charge sheet and as that petitioner is in jail from 16-11-2014, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on certain terms and conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
