HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1858 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order passed by this Court in WP.No.34106 of 2017, dated 12-10-2017. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area Development appearing on behalf of respondent that the order in the writ petition has been complied with and no further orders are required in the contempt case.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the proceedings issued in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, in accordance with law.
