O R D E R

Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel, states that an election notification has been issued on 21.02.2016 by the Telangana State Election Commission in relation to the elections to be held to the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation.

In that view of the matter the issue raised in this writ petition can no longer be gone into during the election process. It shall be open to the petitioners to seek redressal of their grievance after election process in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
