Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 'the petitioner is arrayed as accused No.4. During the pendency of the trial Court, the case was split up against the petitioner and renumbered. The proceedings against Al to A3 u'ere ended in acquittal.
2. The petitioner is at liberty to file quash petition questioning the split up case in which the petitioner is the accused.
3. With the above observation, the criminal petition is disposed of.
