HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.1159 of 2015 PC:(Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner on the assumption that the 2nd respondent in the writ appeal, did not comply with the order dated 28.1.2015 passed in Writ Appeal No. 6 of 2007. By that order, the 2nd respondent was directed to consider the representation, if any, and to pay the difference as admissible within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Mr. G. Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel, on instructions submits that the order has been complied with long back. He submits that on 3.6.2015 itself, payment was made to the petitioner and proceedings to that effect, were also issued to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, we find no merit in the contempt case. The Contempt Case is accordingly closed as not pressed. ____________________ DILIP B. BHOSALE, ACJ ______________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 13th April, 2016 pnb
