THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.40460 OF 2016 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for 2nd & 3rd respondents.

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the application for regularization of Plot Nos.156 & 157 in Sy.No.66/2, situated in Raidurg, Navkhalsa (V), Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, would submit that the applications are pending and they are in the process of being scrutiny and if reasonable time is granted, appropriate orders would be passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would agree for disposal of the writ petition fixing some time limit for consideration of the application submitted by the petitioner for regularization. 5.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the respondents to consider the application submitted by the petitioner for regularization of plot Nos.156 & 157 in Sy.No.66/2, situated in Raidurg, Navkhalsa (V), Serlingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, subject to their eligibility and fulfillment of all the conditions, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period

of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
