THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.13072 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed by the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation assailing the award dated 15.09.2004 in I.D.No.209 of 2001 on the file of the Labour Court, Ananthapur. The writ petition stood dismissed as against the 1st respondentworkman by virtue of the order dated 30.12.2010 passed by this Court, which was given effect to on 07.03.2011. The validity of the impugned award cannot be examined in the absence of the 1st respondentworkman, at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition must therefore fail in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
