At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. To the said effect the learned counsel addressed a letter to the Registry. 2.
Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
