Vide present writ petition, petitioner seeks direction thereby directing respondents 2 to 4 to pay compensation amount to her in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.37 gts in Survey No.501/AA situated at Peddakodur Village, Chinnakodur Mandal, Medak District. Heard learned counsel for both parties and perused the material placed on record.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that for the issue raised in the writ petition, the petitioner made representation on 19.05.2016 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Siddipet, however, till date no decision has been taken. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 4, on advance notice, submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner shall be disposed of within four weeks in accordance with law. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No.3 to decide the representation dated 19.05.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
