The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on the strength of written instructions submits that the investigating officer has pursued all the trials available at the scene of offence and finally was constrained to conclude that the offence is undetectable. The statement is placed on record. The Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
