This petition is filed under Section 441 read with 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada in Crl.M.P.No.852 of 2017 in Crime No.66 of 2017 (PRC No.8 of 2017) to the extent of executing bond for Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum and permit the petitioner to execute bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for a like sum.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
