This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A4 in Crime No.359 of 2014 of Women Police Station, CCS, DD, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 406 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioners. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the Police investigated into the matter and filed the charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this matter.
