HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24820 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents-police i.e. respondents 2 to 6 in not arresting the unofficial respondent and not issuing any Look Out Notice against him who is residing in abroad i.e. Muscut.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the respondent No.5 filed charge sheet on 20.12.2017, before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tiruvuru, showing that A1 (unofficial respondent No.7 in this writ petition) and A5 are absconding; that the case was numbered as C.C.No.1140/2018; that the learned Magistrate has to issue NBWs against the absconding persons i.e. A1 and A5; and that after issuing NBWs Look-Out Notice will be issued by the Superintendent of Police, Krishna District.

Recording the aforesaid written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. However the respondent police have to take further steps, in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
