The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the respondent authorities are not paying amounts due to the petitioner.

Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent authorities have promised to pay the amounts, if the writ petition is withdrawn.

Sri P.Sridhar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition, if the grievance of the petitioner is not attended to. He has also filed letter dated 31.03.2015 to that effect in the Registry.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. There shall be no orders as to costs.
