THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.162 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4 in C.C. No.582 of 2016 on the file of the P.S., Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted.
