Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to submit a representation against the impugned transfer order dated 07.11.2019.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation against the impugned transfer order dated 07.11.2019. It is needless to say that the respondents shall consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time preferably within eight

(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
