This submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not disputed by learned Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents.

In the circumstances, following order dated 31-10-2016 in WP No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and order dated 13-042017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in WP No.18779 of 2014 and for the reasons alike in the afore-stated orders, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders. No order as to costs.

Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated order dated 31-10-2016 in WP No.19046 of 2014 and batch; and order dated 13-04-2017 in WPMP No.16343 of 2017 in WP No.18779 of 2014 to this order.
