HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No. 2 4 7 5 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that enquiry is already initiated by the respondent-authorities and the District Forest Officer issued a show cause notice to the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to appear before the District Forest Officer and move an application for custody of the vehicle and participate in the proceedings. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to approach the appropriate authority and file an application under Section 44 of the Forest Act within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and with a further direction to the respondentauthorities to consider the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
