THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No.32363 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) Though the Tribunal dismissed the Original Application, filed by the petitioner, it also permitted the petitioner to make a representation to the Regional Deputy Director, Survey, Settlement and Land Records, Kurnool. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner came up with the above writ petition.

However, the petitioner has also filed a representation, dated 24.09.2016, addressed to the Assistant Director with copies to the Regional Deputy Director, Special Commissioner and to the Director. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he will be happy if, at least, a direction is issued to the respondents to dispose of the said representation.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.09.2016, with regard to pay fixation, and pass appropriate orders, as per the existing Rules, within a period of three (3) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
