This civil revision petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner, aggrieved for not passing orders on I.A.No.58 of 2019 in Election O.P.No.1 of 2019, by the Election Tribunal-cum-Court of Principal Junior Civil Judgecum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, At Sircilla (Constituted under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018). 2.
Heard Sri T.Surya Satish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Perused the material record. 3.
The petitioner filed the I.A.No.58 of 2019 in Election O.P.No.1 of 2019 under Rule 66(2) of the Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, read with Section 151 C.P.C. on the file of the Election Tribunal-cum-Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, At Sircilla (Constituted under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018), praying to pass orders directing the respondent No.12 to furnish data storage record through web-casting of the counting hall from 2.00 p.m., to 11.50 p.m., dated 25.01.2019, before the Tribunal.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the above said I.A. was being posted for orders from 23.08.2019, till now no orders have been on the said I.A.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite there is no objection from the respondents and the arguments have been completed and though the said I.A. was posted for orders from 23.08.2019, since then the matter was kept pending without passing any orders.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Election Tribunal-cum-Court of Principal Junior Civil Judgecum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, At Sircilla (Constituted under the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018), to dispose of the I.A.No.58 of 2019 in Election O.P.No.1 of 2019, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of January, 2020.
