THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24710 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that respondents 2 to 4 are summoning the petitioners to the respondents 3 and 4-police stations, in connection with Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the 4th respondent without serving any notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C.

2. The Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents states that the respondents 1 to 4 will follow the provisions of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

3. In view of the said undertaking, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 not to call the petitioner to the police station in respect of the above crime except in accordance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
