THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22874 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not paying the terminal benefits to the petitioner consequent to his retirement on 31.10.2015 in the office of the third respondent.

After two adjournments, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents are willing to settle the retirement benefits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is closed recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the respondents. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to any outstanding amount, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
