This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.4 to 6, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.65 of 2011 on the file of the Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad District.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation agency had completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet before the Court concerned. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

However, the petitioners/ accused Nos.4 to 6 are given liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
