When the matter is taken up while requesting the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the letter in writing addressed by the petitioner to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 21-06-2015 which reads as under: "I intend to withdraw the above writ petition as the S.H.O., advised me to break open the lock and take possession of the portion in the presence of local elderly people as key is not available with them. Accordingly, I have listed out the articles of my tenant and kept in safe custody to be handed over to him as and when he approaches me. In view of above please withdraw the above writ petition. Yours faithfully, (S. GAGAN KUMAR)."
In view of the above, as requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner, reiterating the contents of the said letter permission is accorded to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
