Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration for respondent No.1 and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3.

Petitioners apprehend that the respondent-Municipality is threatening to demolish the structures over the second floor of the schedule property, even though building permission was granted and building construction activity is taken up strictly in accordance with the permission granted.

Learned Standing counsel informs the Court that as of now, no steps are taken and on verification, if petitioners are found violating the building permission granted to them, due process would be followed before taking action.

In view thereof, there is no subsisting grievance and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
