Sri S. Srikanth, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file fresh petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Permission is accorded.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the papers to the revision petitioner.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
