The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent in posting the petitioner as 'Coal Filler' instead of Mazdoor worker as illegal, void and arbitrary. When the matter is taken-up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that on 19-04-2011 the petitioner has been promoted and he is now working as 'Shot Firer'. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the above, no further orders are necessary.
