HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.2561 of 2006 ORDER:

Sri V. Tulasi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking appropriate relief.

Permission is accorded. Accordingly, granting the said liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted by this Court on 23.06.2006 shall stand vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
