ORAL ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful violation of the directions of this Court in W P No. 10000 of 2017 dated 3.4.2017. By said order, the Deputy Educational Officer, Rayachoti, YSR Kadapa district was directed to forward the proposals to the District Collector, YSR Kadapa district within one week from that date and on receipt of the said proposals, the District Collector should consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of three weeks. Alleging inaction of the said directions, this contempt case is filed. In the counter affidavit deposed by 4th respondent, it is stated that the proposals of the District Educational Officer forwarded through Regional Joint Director, YSR Kadapa were received by the District Collector on 18.7.2017 and there after he passed orders on 20.7.2017.

Copy of the order was also communicated to the petitioner. In view of the said assertion, it cannot be said that there is disobedience of the directions of this Court warranting continuation of contempt proceedings. Accordingly, contempt case is closed.
