Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, appearing for the first respondent, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.
Today, when the matter is taken up, track particulars, pertaining to service of notice on unofficial respondents, is filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondents, in considering the representation, dated 02.05.2018 (received on 03.05.2018), said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, against the alleged illegal constructions raised by the unofficial respondents.
It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said representation, if any, will be verified and appropriate action will be taken after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of,
directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 to verify the representation, dated 02.05.2018 (received on 03.05.2018), said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
