THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4775 of 2014 ORDER:

The plaintiff in O.S.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar District is the petitioner in the present revision, filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

Heard Sri E. Madan Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T. Ramachander Rao, learned counsel for the respondent.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present revision is non-disposal of I.A.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Manthani. The material available on record shows that the suit, in the instant case, is the one for injunction. Along with the suit, the plaintiff/petitioner filed I.A.No.47 of 2011 as long back as on 28-02-2011. Resisting the said application, the defendant/respondent filed a counter on 2908-2011. Since it is the suit of the year 2011, according to the learned Advocates for the parties, written statement has also been filed in the suit. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, injunction was initially granted on 03-03-2011 till 0903-2011, and thereafter, there is no extension of the said order. In the circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the present revision with a direction to dispose of I.A.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the court of

Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar District. For the aforesaid reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Manthani, Karimnagar District to dispose of I.A.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.15 of 2011, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Court below shall also make an endeavour to dispose of the suit, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
