HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.8333 of 2019 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.95 of 2019 on the file of Nizampet Police Station Medak District, registered for the offences under Section 354-D IPC and under Section 12 of POCSO Acl,2O12.

lt is alleged in the complaint that on 08.'1 0.2019 at about 22.30 hours, when the daughter of the de-facto complainant went to their village Durgamatha ltrlandapam to wish her friends, the accused, who is a relative of their villager, by name Devaraju, harassed her on the pretext of love and forcibly picked her into a car and forced her to love him and he also frequently made phone calls to her daughter by harassing her to love him.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondenVState. Perused the material on record 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused submits that there were family disputes between their families and in order to settle some other issues, the present case has been foisted against the petitioner. He further submits that the entire allegations made in the complaint do not constitute the alleged offence. He further submits I that in order to settle the dispute in Cr.No.94 of 2019, which was registered against the husband and son of the de-facto complainant, the present complaint is registered against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to furnish suitable security to the
) CSD. J Crl.P.No.8333 of 2019 satisfaction of the Court and he shall abide by any condition imposed by this Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the relief sought in the criminal petltion.
6. ln view of the nature of allegations leveled against the petitioner and other facts and circumstances, without adverting to the merits of the matter, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused by imposing some conditions. 7.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/accused is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nizampet Police Station, Medak District, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release the petitioner/accused on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,0001 (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to his satisfaction. Further, the petitioner/accused shall appear before the said Station House Officer on every Saturday between 10.00 AM to 2.OO PM., till completion of investigation or filing of charge sheet, whichever is earlier; and he shall not make any attempt to meet the victim and he shall not make any phone call to her henceforth' Further, the petitioner/accused shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C and co-operate with the investigating officer in investigating the case' 8.
