Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings appearing for 3rd respondent and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for 4th respondent.

It is stated by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue in the Writ Petition is covered by the order passéd by this Court on 29-11-2017 in W.P.No.40194 of 2017.

Therefore for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed and the respondents are directed not to demolish the subject property of the petitioner without following the procedure established by law. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
