Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat for respondent nos.1 to 4. None appears for 5th respondent.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation dt.02.01.2018 to the 2nd respondent against the 5th respondent alleging his misconduct and that respondent nos.2 and 3 have not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, appearing for respondent nos.2 and 3, states that respondent nos.2 and 3 will dispose of the said representation within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent nos.2 and 3 to dispose of the said representation within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
