THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2302 and 2320 of 2022 COMMON ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petitions, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, are filed by the petitioners/defendants challenging the orders dated 29.04.2022 and 18.04.2022, passed by the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal, in I.A.No.635 of 2021 in OS.No.93 of 2021 and I.A.No.358 of 2022 in I.A.No.635 of 2021 in O.S.No.93 of 2021 respectively.

Having regard to the fact that the impugned orders are passed in April, 2022, and also the fact that the comprehensive counters have been filed by the petitioners herein, and as it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the impugned attachment order, the petitioners are not able to run their business, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.As filed by the respondents herein expeditiously. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of directing the learned II Additional District Judge,

Warangal, to dispose of I.A.No.635 of 2021 and I.A.No.358 of 2022 filed by the respondents herein, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
